Stenurella melanura (Longhorn Beetle sp.)

Description:

Stenurella melanura is a small longhorn beetle (6-10 mm). 
The male has yellow-brown elytra (wing cases) that are narrow black along the seam and at the end.
The female has red-brown elytra with a much wider black seam and tip. 
Males of its close relative Leptura bifasciata are similarly colored but have the underside of the abdomen red instead of black.
