Eudonia lacustrata (Crambid Snout Moth sp.)

Description:

Eudonia lacustrata is quite common in The Netherlands but is easily confused with Eudonia mercurella, Eudonia truncicolella, Scoparia ambigualis, Scoparia basistrigalis (rare in The Netherlands) and Scoparia ancipitella (not in the Benelux).
This moth species flies from late May up to the end of August.
